In one of my last Quick Tips, I wrote briefly about the importance of your knees, and keeping them in shape as you age. Really, all your joints are quite important to maintain, and even a small amount of work can go a long ways. Your wrists fall into that category, and have a very important mechanical use within your swing. We talk shaft lean all the time, it's critical in every golf shot there is. As such, it's worth it to put in that small effort daily. Today, I have the perfect quick exercise to keep your wrists loose.
