If there is one thing about your body that you want to be healthy in order to exercise, it's your knees. They're foundational to your mobility, but unfortunately, they can often be one of the first things to go. That doesn't mean that you are unable to exercise, though. A common question I've been seeing recently relates to our Fast Forward program, and whether or not it is built for those who are dealing with bad knees. Great news - it is. Matter of fact, for a lot of people, it might just help you out. The beautiful thing about exercise is that it has many benefits, one of which being better mobility. If you're in our program, you can tack that on with better short game, better full swings, and a better head on your shoulders too. Join Tim Graves, PGA, joined by Christian Henning, TPI, as they break down what to do when your knees, well, break down.

Quick Tips - Racing the Clock
Folks, they say that Father Time is undefeated. As time goes on, distance is lost. While there will likely never be any way around this (and I'd happily be wrong about that) we can do things to help minimize the loss over time. Flexibility and mobility would be the two big things to keep in mind ...
