Folks, they say that Father Time is undefeated. As time goes on, distance is lost. While there will likely never be any way around this (and I'd happily be wrong about that) we can do things to help minimize the loss over time. Flexibility and mobility would be the two big things to keep in mind here, and naturally strength does play a role here.
