If there's anything I know from my time in sports, it's that your success when playing is directly tied to your pre-round or pre-game routine. Athletic activities are strenuous, and if you don't properly take care of yourself, a bad round could be the least of your problems. Not stretching and warming up properly can lead to injuries, which would not only have an obvious effect on your game, but also goes against our entire philosophy of longevity here at Graves Golf. With the right routine, you'll be able to play better for longer, which is our entire objective. Join Tim Graves, PGA, as he gives a pre-round stretching routine, and various exercises to help you get ready for your next round.
