When we think of exercise, we tend to think of pull-ups, squats, running, the like. While those are great, and worth doing if you're able, there is one key to improving your performance on the course that can be done with minimal to no equipment. Mobility and flexibility are incredibly important to your swing, but more so than that, they are important to your quality of life. Improved hip mobility will not only help you rotate to hit your positions better, but it can even improve how easy it is to get in and out of the cart.
