Sometimes, during even the best rounds of golf, one can find themselves having to deal with an awkward lie. As far as the question in today's Quick Tip, it's a taller uphill lie. In cases like this, hopefully you've been practicing how to deal with it, but if there's one thing for sure, it's that your tools need to give you a hand. When it comes to an uphill lie, loft is something you need to be thinking about. Again, dealing with tough lies does take some practice, but picking the right club for the job will go a long ways. Of course, you should keep in mind the ultimate goals here. Firstly, you aim is minimum fly maximum roll. Secondly, putt when you can, chip when you can't put, pitch when you have to.
