Let's face it. Nothing takes the steam out of a round quicker than fatting a crucial chip or pitch. For me personally, short game is the most daunting part of the game. It requires a lot of touch and feel, which point blank period takes time to develop, but there are some mechanical tips that might help you out. Like most rotational sports, the key area is your hips. If your hips get out of wack, they will drag your whole body with them, which will in turn drag your club face off path. Then, boom, your shot is fatter than a pig at the county fair. Jokes aside, we have some answers for your chip today. Join Tim Graves, PGA, for this edition of Quick Tips.
