With the Single Plane University on the horizon, there is a specific topic you're going to hear us be talking about a lot, that being the difference between practice and training. I'm very fortunate to have gotten to enjoy all sorts of different competitive and athletic ventures, baseball of course being the primary one I mention from time to time, so I'd like to weigh in a little bit to preface this Quick Tip.
