Again, it's time for my favorite talk! I got to host some testimonials at our playing school a week or so ago, and firstly, it was a pleasure to meet and chat as always. What really stuck out to me was how many of you guys and gals got into the Single Plane Swing based on wanting more longevity in your game. That's awesome, and from the people I talked to, it's working out quite well. I bring this up because today's topic is very related. We're talking about speed today, something that has an inverse relationship with age. It's an unfortunate reality in sports, and really and in life, but there is a solution. The number one thing you can do to minimize speed lost with age, and frankly improve your general quality of life, is to stretch. Flexibility is the speed key, and key to much more than just that. Join Tim Graves, PGA, as he explains the speed key.
