If you've been around us for any length of time, and have been rebuilding your swing, be it entirely from the ground up, or bits and pieces, you've definitely heard us talk about the kinematic sequence. Heck, I'm sure we have people who have been through Single Plane 30, and have decided to take their learning to the next level that have heard of it as well. This is for good reason. The kinematic sequence is the beating heart of every golf swing, and really any athletic movement in general. Put simply, the kinematic sequence is the order of events the body undertakes to create speed and power. When you fine tune the sequence, that would be what we call mechanics.
