There's something I've always seen high level golfers do that I always wondered about. Upon setting up, their lead arm will raise in a circular motion, setting back into their grip before they take their stroke or swing. Turns out, it's something that is really useful to know, and serves a big mechanical purpose. One of the biggest obstacles golfers face in terms of achieving proper motion is their belly, sometimes their chest as well. The latter is obviously common amongst women as well. Getting your arms in proper position, and developing the proper strength, will help you keep a strong lead arm through your swing.
