Okay, right off the jump, let's admit it. Most of us really aren't as good to our back as we should be. I've been noticing a bit of that recently, notably in the gym, but also at home. I've been known to be a bit of a gamer in my spare time, or at least the type to go home and work on a computer for the rest of the night. As such, pain in my back, or otherwise noticing bad posture, is becoming more common. So, I've been taking measures to reduce stress on my back, hence why I'm at a standing desk as I write this. With that in mind, today's Quick Tip was good to hear, and next time I hit the range, I'll keeping it in mind. Tim Graves, PGA, has your back on this edition of Single Plane Quick Tips.
