Folks, I'll be honest, I'm spoiling you today. If where you're at is anything like where we're at, then you've been back in the chilly early spring weather. Rest assured, golf season is right around the corner, and with that in mind, you should still be preparing even if it is too chilly to hit the course. Today is a twelve minute rundown of the Single Plane Position Trainer, and one of the best drills to be doing with it. It's funny, and this is a bit of inside baseball here, but I've been producing a few separate projects that are all related to this drill. It makes sense, it's sort of a one-stop-shop for working on your positions, and for my money one of the best ways to practice once you get everything set up.
