Today we think about thinking, or rather we think about not thinking. When you get over a shot, it can be all too easy to think yourself in circles, second guess, and ultimately not achieve your desired result. In reality, it doesn't need to be that hard. Those who have been around and paying attention will have heard of our philosophy of red, green, and grey zones, but I'd like to boil it down to being even simpler than that. Create, commit, critique. If you can keep a level head, establish a routine, and believe in what you know you can do, then all that overthinking goes out the window.
